ONLINE COUNSELLING AND PSYCHOTHERAPY

What is it?

Online counselling is where a client and therapist work together through the medium of online communication rather than in face to face sessions. However, rules of confidentiality still apply.

In the digital-age counselling services can be a more convenient and discrete method of receiving therapy.                                                                                                                                                                          It is also flexible with session time scheduling and advantageous for those with mobility difficulties, social phobia or agoraphobia, or have childcare duties.
