Sessions

For adults, children and adolescents

A consultation to ascertain that the therapy is suitable for you will commence before the treatment. During the sound therapy treatment, you lie on a massage bed, fully clothed and often covered with a blanket for warmth.

The bowls will be placed on hands, feet, torso or any other area requiring therapy (shoulder, knee) during the treatment. Most people feel deeply relaxed after sound therapy treatment. It is essential the client communicates with the therapist during and after the treatment if any issues or difficulties arise.
